 I've had so many problems with this company and I've been with them for over 10 years! This recent event occurred today on June 2 2016 when I made a payment towards my bill using their app and noticed inward charged twice for the amount. Once I called and explained situation, I also asked for a refund for the double charge. I was put on hold and then told by the representative (which I'm sure is a 3rd party call Center for Fido, but he refused to answer that question) that I would need to call my credit card company and file a dispute!! Are you f***ing kidding me?! He wants me to file a chargeback to get my money back?? This has to be a joke and he then he tells me that's it's standard protocol for double charge cases!! First of all I told him that it takes 15 days from the time of he charge to open a dispute with my credit card company and in response he tells me "well it can take up to 90 days for a refund from us". Kiss my d**n a** 90 days!! I've gotten refunds on 2-3 business days from Fido before! I demanded to be transferred over to someone who can actually help and this person claims he refunded me in the end but couldn't give me a receipt or confirmation number. This company invests to POORLY in customer service! They are honestly a cash cow to Rogers mobile and they don't give 2 f***s about their clients or client satisfaction.
