What is the date on your pay stub? That is the date that the funds should be available in your account. Often, people get their pay stubs ahead of time and assume that means the money is in the account, when in fact it is not. If your pay stub has today's date on it, and the funds are not in your account, ask them why not. There are no holds on Direct Deposits, and the custom is to post them in the night before's update.
