FII Capital Partners Vincent Napper CONFIRMED TO BE A SCAM SCAM SCAM NEW YORK NEW YORK
2012 FII Capital Partners and Vincent Napper, used Sterne Agee to bait and switch me out of $23K. I entered a contract for $15M with FII, they never was able to put any money or credit into my account at Sterne Agee because it was confirmed that they never had it. The contract stated they will refund money if they dont do their part. I have yet to see a penny of a refund from the scamers.
