I ordered a movie from this internet based company. After not receving the movie I e-mailed them. At first they told me they couldn't find my order in their system. It took three e-mails before they told me that they had had problems with their Credit Card processor and I should contact my bank to get a refund. I asked them to just send me the movie as I didn't think it was my responsibility to have to work to get my own refund. I ask them shouldn't they keep records even if they loose ther credit card processor? They tell me to leave them alone. Contact my bank. Its not their problem. They have MY money. I have no product.

As some sort of sick joke they tell me "We sincerely apologize for any incontinence this may have caused you." They say sorry for the INCONTINENCE they have caused me? I asked them why they put their apology in those terms and have recieved no response.

Film-classics finally had a subsidiary send a refund thru paypal. How they knew I had a paypal account is something I don't know since I didn't use paypal in the original order. I am still upset by the "We sincerely apologize for any incontinence this may have caused you." comment.
