Fingerhut ripoff - the most unprofessional company i ever known St. Cloud Minnesota
I have been having issues with these people since three yrs now. i bought 2 items from them in 99. then i stopped receiving my account statements from them after i moved.
put in mind that i had called them to let them know that i wasnt receiving anything from them. next thing i know, my account is sent to collections fro non payment. after trying endlessly to convince them that i wasnt trying to avid payment, i agreed to pay whatever amount they said i owed. last year september after making consecutive payments for almost a year, i finally sent them a final pay off amount.
i even got a refund check from them saying that i had overpaid on my final payment. i thought everything was over with until another collections agency contact me on their behalf saying that i was owing them money again. i have been calling consecutive for about three weeks now trying to get this resolved, but nobody seems to want to help me.
i have finally filled a complaint with the Stte of Minnesota's Attorney General's Office at:

Hopefully they can deal with them better than i can. if you have any problems with Fingerhut, i urge you to contact them.
