Firestone Tire Company Flat tire from piece of gravel. Nationwide
I bought a 2014 Jeep Cherokee Latittude in November of 2013 with 225/65R17 Firestone Destination tires on it. On December 12, 2013 I got a flat tire on the right rear on my way to work. With nowhere to pull over I had to drive to the top of the hill to a BP Gasoline station to change the tire. I left work around ten A.M. and went to Highland Tire. They told me the tire was ruined and I would have to purchase a new tire. They also informed me and showed me that the cause of the flat tire was a piece of gravel. Chipped limestone to be exact. The new tire had to be ordered,that took a day and cost me $178.63.Mind you this is the same exact Jeep shown on the Pittsburgh Steelers Football commercials climbing a mountain. I called Firestone Company to see if they would help me out with this matter. I talked to a woman on the phone I do not know her name and she told me there was nothing they could do about it.

Where is the ripoff then? So you got a flat from a sharp rock, it happens. Im betting you made this report because you thought to blackmail them into helping you. As they told you sorry they WONT pay for your tire issue. No ripoff here. Just the usual American consumer not wanting to pay for their problems and always looking to shift blame to someone else so they dont have to pay for it.
I swear, they get dumber by the day.......
