First Capital Consumers Group ripoff dishonest fraudlent billing wire mail fraud Bel Air Maryland
On or about June 21, I was contacted by a person by the name of Phil. He told me that I had a credit card waiting with a line of credit for 2,500.00 from Mastercard and 2,000.00 form Visa. I got his telephone no.# and call him back a couple days later.
He said, I gave a phone check for $199.00 I would get both cards in about 2 weeks. He the interest rate would stay at 4% fixed. I agreed and gave him my account number. The transaction took place on july 5th, 2002 and was debited from account on July 15th, 2002.
I never recieved may cards, and called the consumer number given 1-416-488-466a (which now is disconnected). After about 15 calls I finally got through to the consumer number and they said they were going to send out my package. They told me signed the yellow signature card and I would recieve my credit cars in about two weeks.
To date i have not seen any cards and now the number is not working. These people have deceived me and others all along.
