First Capital Consumers Group ripoff slow prossessing Bel Air Maryland
First I am writing this report so that I can get my money back.
I was a offered a great deal on a Mastercard that I have not received. It has been almost four months and no one has even tried to help me out with this. I have called there customer service center and left message after message. I just wanted someone to call me back to help me out.
Now that noone has respond back to me I want my money back in my bank account. I have did everything on my end to make sure First Capital Consumers received my funds so that I could get a great deal. If noone wanted to help me on this then they should not have called me. They have took my funds for this card and I want it back. First Capital Consumers has no right to take my money and not give me my part of the deal.

First Capital Consumers Group has debited from my account 199.00 dollars.The funds were debited on 05-15-02. My city and state is Houston Tx.
