I was contacted by First Capital Consumers Group by phone in reference to being pre-approved for a gold Visa and Master Card with a credit limit of $2500 each card.

The made reference to being the well known First Capital Bank who currently offers valid credit cards. We (my wife and I) just had to give them our banks routing code numbers and account number so that they can deduct the one time fee of $219.00.

They took the fee from our account on April 1, 2002 and two (2) weeks later took an additional $180.00 from our account. We were told this was a possible oversite on there part, but we were never refunded the $180.00.

They gave us a pin number at the time they took the application, to be used for tracking and Amy the girl we spoke to said that our cards should be in our hands within 20 business days from the date they took our $219.00 fee from our account.

As of today we still have not received our cards or money refunded ($219 plus $180.00). When we call all we get is that the mail box for First Capital is full hang up!!!!
