If it has not been 30-60 more days according to your banks policy, you might still be able to have your bank work for you on your behalf. Go to your bank and fill out a "dispute form" and also have them put a stop from this company debiting further.
However, don't count on this, you really should close your account and open a new one. This company will stop at nothing to get your money. After I had contacted my bank before a 30 day time period I was able to get my money back due to my banks involvement.
However, when I thought it was all over I received 2 peices of mail from Mega Saver and an auto insurance. They were going to debit my account another $99 and 54.90 unless I canceled with them.
After about 8 phone numbers all these phone numbers leading back to this company I was able to cancel. My husband and I have now closed our old account and opened another. I miss the evergreen state, thats my home (Puyallup). Good luck!
