First Capital Consumers Group Rip Off Scam! Harassment!! Ontario
These guys are idots. They called my wife numerous times telling her that she was approved for a card and all she had to do is give them her bank acount number. At that point, thank god she caught it, she turned them down. That was last month (May) and since then they have called 5-6 times a day.
Occasionally she picked the phone up and told them no again and again but then kept calling. We have Caller ID on our phone and it comes up outside caller. I can not block that. So after getting annoyed, I finally talked to an indian speaking guy and asked him to take me off his list we are not interested and he said he can take me off only his list and would gaurantee that I wouldn't get a call from his call center again.
So I asked where is that, India he said. Frustrated, I asked for his name " Brad Johnson " he said. Bull*&** I told him so I asked where the company HQ was located and he said Miami FL. I asked for the web site and he couldn't give me one. I asked for his employee ID number, he gave me a false one ( figure that ).
Then I asked for a return phone number where I could call him back to sign up for his card and he would not give me one, only for those customers that sign up. They called again the other day and my caller ID picked up another number 647-439-0363. I did research and it is in Ontario but unlisted. Now they just call and hang up when we answer.
I have threatened law suites for harrasment, turning them into BBB. And they have basically laughed it off. I am serious at this point of going after them. Sorry about the long report but I am P@@**d.
