Go to your bank and request to fill out a "dispute form" since if it has not exceeded 30 to 60 days, depending on your banks policies your bank should voluntarily help to get your money back. Also ask to have them put a stop from this company ever debiting from your account HOWEVER
Don't count on this because this company uses various aliases to get your money, since they now have your bank account information. If your bank gets involved and you get your money back, Close your account immediatly! They will stop at nothing to get your money.
Soon after my bank got my money back I received 2 peices of mail from a Mega saver and an autoclub membership both are another way they are trying again to get your money. The mail will state that they plan on debiting your account $99 and 54.90 unless you cancel. I was given about 8 phone numbers and supposedly able to cancel from them Again! but in the I closed my account and opened a new one.
Also if you should recieve a packet from this company, send it back immediatly, this could delay getting your money back. I am not saying that this company is a willing participant in giving your money back, they are NOT! They just don't want to deal with the lagitament corporations like your bank for example. Try and call them to cancel and get a "RA number" and place this on the top right corner of the paper you should write stating your demand of your money returned. If you are able to cancel they will inform you of a tape pull of you agreeing but don't let them Scare you and they will also state that their corporate office will contact you within 7-14 days. This is not true they are trying to buy time to keep your money. Good luck!
