First Capital Consumers ripoff scam debit money but in no return never received credit card slow processing dishonest ripoff business from hell Toronto Ontario
I recieved the first call from Sam on June 6,2002 for a Mastercard Gold with a $2000.00 limit. But they needed to debit from my account $199.00.
Debit went trough on June 11,2002. I then recieved my packet and filled out the card and sent it back.
One month later I called to verify the process of the card and could not get through left a message for someone to call back and no response.
On Aug.15th still no card and no call or answer so I left another message. I called again on Aug.26th, and Joe told me it was mailed out on July 25th.
Called again on Sept.5th and spoke with Jackie and she said they don't have that information and would put in a requst for a manager to call me.
On Sept.16th, talked with a Tisha/Ketischa couldn't understand her, she told me to call back after 2:30 and a manager will be in and I can talk to one. So I did and they don't talk to people right then they do call backs.
On Sept.27th Talked to Gleiamare and that person gave me the name of Joy Brong who then still wouldn't talk to me.
Called again on Oct.17th and they told me letters were sent out from the bank explaining why they are backed up on processing the cards. I then asked for a refund and the person on the other line was very rude.
She told me since I signed the card and sent it back they don't give refunds.
I was very upset and told her that they got their money right away and it is now 5 months later and I don't have a credit card!
Today is Oct.30th and I tried to call the customer service number and I can't get through it says to check the number dialed!
I had been very patient and though that would work but I have been scamed for the last time!
I just hope they don't get away with this!
