First Capital, and many more companies are ripping us off. We need to stand together to stop them. Legal action is a MUST. Consumer rip-off fraud New York, Florida, Maryland Etc....
I have also been ripped off by First Capital and my friend was dupped by Capital First. On July 24th I was contacted by a Detective from the Bel Air, Maryland Police Department. They are investigating First Capital and would like to speak with anyone with infomation with regards to your situation. His Info is: Detective Ed Smith, Bel Air Police Department, Maryland. (410) 638-4524. Also I have a list so far of 39 companies that are pulling off scams on innnocent people. Please email me if you would like that list.
Also a lady named Kim is filing a civil suit against Capital First. If you need to contact her, send an e-mail to [email protected].
We need to fight together to stop them. If we don't they will continue.

In trying to get a refund from 1st Capital Consumers I sent a letter to the Bel Air Post office in Bel Air, MD. In response to my request a got a letter back from a place called PS&A (The Data Broking Company)Peter Seagroatt & Associates LTD, who does all the mailings here for 1ST Capital Consumers. They package and mail from the names given them from Canada. They claim to have forwarded my letter to the Canadian office. The only way to contact this mailing group is also by mail only. I looked them up on the internet and got the following #'s also out of Canada, phone - 01245 477 778 fax - 01245 478 860. 1St capital consumers is not even operating out of the USA but they have been able to penetrate the whole country and I haven't seen one message yet showing anything in place to stop them.
