I became a broker with this company in 2017. Initially i was strictly doing credit sweeps but due to the demand of my clients i decided to add trade lines to my services. i purchased 2 trade lines for myself in april of 2018 one was an american express and the other was a 9 year aged discover. My order was lost in the rubble and not until the end of june did i notice that amex finally requested my credit profile (the first step in addin an AU), the trade hit my account for less than two weeks.
I was assured by Shannon that they would rectify the situation. I was told months later the Discover accont had closed and they would add me to a Barclays card that was not aged the same amount of time nor was it the same credit limit...of course that NEVER HIT! Mind you this was in April of 2018, it is January and we are still disputing.
I can never get in contact with Val or Mike, and I am on their email blast and they come off as very accesible but never reach out to disatisfied customers. Ive submitted support ticket after support ticket without any solution. THE TRADELINE DIVISION IS FRAUDULENT!!! So as of today 1/15/18 I have yet to recieve a refund, a posting to my credit profile or an answered call from the proper party.
Before things got to this extent, I purchased 2 "Bronze Packages" for my clients. This package is 3 tradelines that are meant to work in unison to give clients the optimal credit boost. One client was added to an account with a 30k limit, which was cut to aprox. 11k!!! this client was in the process of buying a home, this error dropped her score 80 POINTS!!!!
80 POINTS DURING THE HOME BUYING PROCESS. Ask me did they care? Ask me did they reach out? Ask me did they rectify it quickly? The answer to all of the above is a resounding NO! It ttook them 4 months to get her on track, I had to refund my client out of my own pocket and of course they had nothing to offer to reconcile this issue.
The other client, was added only to 2 of the 3 trades and is still waiting. Im so disgusted with these people. No communication, no work, no posting, no refunds!
I WOULD NOT BUY TRADES FROM THESE SCAMMERS. ITS CRAZY HOW THEY QUICKLY DELETE AND RESPOND WHEN I COMMENT ON THEIR SOCIAL MEDIA, BUT DONT HAVE THE COURAGE TO COMMUNICATE WITH SOMEONE WHO HAS SPENT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WITH THEM.
