I used this credit card in good faith. I started having trouble when an on line billing payment was posted one day past the billing period. I was charged the late fee and had my credit line instantly dropped and was charged an overlimit fee.

To no avail when contacting customer service did I ever get any compation or help.(My bank Wells Fargo in good faith reembursed me the late fee.) I had to pay these fees. 125.00. So then I mailed my payment and was told it never reached them and was put throught the same process of over billing an overlimit fees.

I my check was correctly made out to them, sent to them and stolen in the mail evidently and then cashed by another bank. Many documents passed back and forth via mail and even letters from Wells Fargo my bank with the checking account and FCNB refused to reverse any charges etc they only wanted more money.Wells Fargo refunded me the value of the check.

I have paid my account balance many times over in the supposed fair fees they choose to attach to unknowing consumers so they can pay off thier bankruptcy fees. I have many more stories to tell about this bank but not enought room to do so.

Please if anyone knows of how to start action against this company I would love to hear. I know that I am not alone perhaps with enought of us we can do something. Keep your records well.
