FIRST CONVENIENCE BANK RIPOFF IRVING Texas
THEY HOLD SMALL ATM TRANSACTIONS THAT HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCT AND CHARGE ME AN ODRAFT FEE. I GET CHARGED ODRAFT FEES TWICE - WHEN I GO FO A WITHDRAWAL I STAND IN LINE FOR HOURS WHILE OTHERS COMPLAINED ABOUT BEING RIPED OFF
First Convenience Bank makes it very difficult to track how they take additional fees and how they hold checks especially ATM transactions. My ATM withdrawals are suppose to extraxt from my balance as I make them assisting me with reconciling my ledge, but I find out later they pull these ATM withdrawls thru again. Especially when they know you have a direct deposit coming thru. Then they blame it on the merchant or ATM machine you used as holding their deposits. I truly do not believe this Bank. Once I made 4 withdrawals from four different fast food restuarants in one day and I know it was taken out of my balance because I wrote each transaction down incl my balance. Therefore, I knew these transactions were already taken. The transactions were for example: 3.75, 2.50, 3.00 and 4.00. I was charged after my direct deposit 33.00 for each one of these small withdrawals totalling 120.00 2 weeks later after another direct deposit went thru. I raved so much in the bank they took off one of these fees. They gave me 33.00 back to shut me up. They never give you a full printout of all your transactions so that you can see when yoour money is being taken at various times of the day they do business. I dont trust this bank and I dont have bad credit to not be able to get another bank account. I just went with them because they were near my job. They do feed off individuals that cannot go anywhere else. Please somebody go in and help! catch these p##?/...in the act.
