Horrible company to deal with.
I was lured into $299 flat fee via Sam's Club. Sales rep also offered a 7 months trial period for the credit card machine. He vanished after the sales was completed. I have been trying to cancel the lease since January of 2014 but no avail.
They have also modified the flat rate processing without my knowledge. They are now charging me 6% in for credit card processing.
Worse yet - when I complained to Sam's Club, they said they have nothing to do with it. They only sell FD's service.
The employees have indifferent attitude. When I spoke to these people, they all sounded very professional but never responded back after my initial contact.
Below are the names/extension of these people:
-Lease Department - talked to a Kira around April of this year and sent her all communications about the lease and to have it cancelled. She never called me back
- Lease Department - Talked to a Shelly on 6/3/14 about the cancellation of the lease. She said that she will look into it and will call me back. She never replied back despite calling her several times.
- Customer Service - Spoke to a Heather at extension 3402263 on 6/3 about the rate change for credit card processing. She said she will call me back with rate review. I have left her several messages but she never called back.
- Customer Service - Spoke to a Belinda Sinclair at extension 3409007 on /6/30. She said that she will get the rate adjusted and will call me on 7/1 at 8 AM PST. She had not returned my calls despite several messages
-Sales department - Spoke to a Troy on 770-618-6655 on 6/30/14 and ask him if can become my business consultant. He also told me that he will call me back on 7/1 with an answer. He has also not returned my calls.
SO sorry to have gone with them.....
