First of all, I would like to inform you that on our security recording it does specify that "We are not a bank, or a credit card company". If you do not listen to the recording it is not our fault. Also, we do not debit $37.75, I have no idea where you got that from. We do debit out the full ammount of $159.00, and we do not debit sooner than our customer wants. When you do leave messages on our customer service phone, our c/s representatives will get back to you asap. And also our phone number is not 416-850-5380, it is 416-850-5830! Maybe that is why you kept getting the machine. I would like to also add, that we are not located in Buffalo,NY; we are located in Toronto Canada! We have absoloutley nothing to deal with Buffalo,NY. Also, we are not called First Consumers Group, we are not called First Guardian Bank! I have no idea where you got that information from. On the recording we do mention MANY time that we are not a bank or a credit card company, we do mention that we are called First Enterprise. You should really listen to the security recording not only the sales representatives. Thank You
