I recently interviewed with this company, let me tell you about their warranties.. They don't administrate the warranty at all. The dealer does, what ever the dealer charges you for it, they keep 100% of it. I use to work in the business, most of these warranties only have a cost factor of a couple hundred dollars, don't buy them... they are a waste of money and PURE profit for a dealer. I used to sell them for $1895.00 and they would only cost me $495.. Talk about PROFIT!!!!

Never ever take a dealers' word when they tell you that the protection plan they would like to give you covers everything on the vehicle Bumper-to-Bumper. The only Bumper-to Bumper coverage is the factory warranty. The dealer should have pamphlets and sample booklets of the different types of plans they offer. The sample booklets are of extreme importance because it's the same booklet you will get with the exception of your name & address & vehicle info. If the dealer cannot furnish this information, walk away.In your case though, since you want to cancell the plan, look over the contract you signed specifically for the protection plan. Not the buyers order which shows the price of the vehicle and interest, etc.You should have been given a copy of a contract specifically for the protection plan which somewhere on it should have the phone number of the service contract company. If the dealer didn't give you a copy of that contract, try calling the dealer as an anonymous vehicle owner who purchased a vehicle from them 3 or 4 years ago and ask them to give you the phone number to the service contract company. Say you lost the your booklet or something to that effect. If still no luck, I don't know what else to recommend besides picketing in front of the dealer. Good luck.
