I WAS CALLED BY THIS PERSON MAVERICK KELLEY WHO SAID THAT HIS COMPANY FIRST HORIZON FINANCE FROM PHILADELPHIA PA WOULD GIVE ME A LOAN FOR $200,000 FROM PHONE # 866-666-0271 AND HE WAS MY ACCOUNT MGR., AFTER HE SENT ME MY APPROVAL LETTER FOR $200,000 HE TOLD ME I HAD TO PAY CLOSING COSTS AND LAWYERS FEES BEFORE I CAN GET LOAN,I HAD TO SEND IT TO SUNCORP SOLUTIONS LLC. TO 1515 MARKET STREET SUITE #1200 PHILADELPHIA PA 19102. I WAS GIVEN A FULL REFUNDABLE RECEIPT THAT IF FOR ANY REASON I DONT GET THE LOAN THE FUNDS OF $3009.00 WOULD BE REFUNDABLE WITHIN 24 HRS. WELL I AM STILL TRYING TO GET MY REFUND FROM THIS COMPANY AND THEY JUST PICK UP PHONE AND HANG UP ON ME AT THIS POINT FOR THE LAST 2 WEEKS OR MORE.

Sir, no one calls you out of the blue to offer you a $200,000 loan. Nobody. That's not how loans work.
Then this person wants you to pay fees upfront to cover loan costs. Tell me, if the company has $200,000 to loan you, why would they not either (a) front the fees, or (b) tack the fees onto the entire cost of the loan? If they say they don't trust you, then why are they loaning you $200,000 to begin with?
They say the fees are fully refundable. So tell me what's your leverage when you provide them more than $3000 in CASH to hold over their head? What you're doing is trusting they will do what they said they would do, when they don't trust you by asking for the fees? How does this make sense?
The issue here isn't who is doing this because the name of the person you put down isn't a real name. The issue is not falling for advance fee scams...
