What kind of operation are you running?I finally go tthrough........ Spoke to customer service to cancel.I was told I had to pay $5 to cancel. I told them that was BS. They pointed out that in the terms of agreement, there was a $5 cancellation fee. You did not stand up to your end of the agreement, because you did not provide me with homes available. I was transferred, to someone who would not transfer me to his boss because he said, I was not a member....If I wanted to speak to his boss, I would have to re-enroll and call back. WOW.....really !!!!!!!! I said I would hold while he got his boss, he said "Go ahead and hols as long as you want. You are not allowed to speak to him because I am not a member" I am on hold now for 31 Minutes, while he chats away with his co-workers. I have asked several times for his name, and he will not give it to me. He says his name is Noka

I've just been put through all day thing with them. They are a scam company.. beware dont use them. If your like me you read the reviews. I'm telling you do not use them they will hang up on you, lie to you and leave you on hold...again thank you frank in the sana Cruz location for leaving me hold so i didn't pay the fee... All of them are liars!!!!!
ps does anyone know a real company to go for the rent to own????
