First Link MC ripoff Offered Master Card for $2500.oo and free Gateway computer for $354.90 no future annual fees and guaranteed 3.4% interest rate When I called and cancelled since I had my computer repaired they assured me no problem and still took funds out They then reported that it would take 24 hours to check out my difficulty & they then didn't have a record of my cancelling Champlain New York
I had been contacted by them because I needed to reestablish my credit and could get a $2500. mastercard with a 3.4% interest rate and a free Gateway computer and voice mail, I declined the voice mail and then when my computer was fixed I called the Customer Service line and cancelled it was still taken out of my account. I then called them and kept reporting it to them and finally contacted an attorney and my bank and filed an unauthorized ACH against them, especially after they reported that I hadn't cancelled!
I have the times and persons I spoke with documented and my bank is after them! also I spoke with an Ann Wilson, very nasty person stating that she had no record of my canceling and also then she said this was a non-refundable fee, I ask her for what! There is also an Andy Williams, Benjamin, and the first contact was a Barry Roberts, watch out folks they are really sneeky, and love praying on those of us who truly would like to improve out credit status, Don't fall for their line, they are cons and thieves.
