I wanted to inform anyone seeking an aircraft loan or lease that this company has only direct lended 1 aircraft , and they broker all financings to third party banks who are the real lenders of the transaction . The VP of aviation will tell you they are the lender , and after you are financially committed to them with a large upfront deposit and sign their letter of intent with origination fees . They pose as the lender and then tell you that a banking partner will be involved . At that time they inform you that they need to send your deposit to the other lender and make you sign the other real banks term sheet . First national aviation makes a premium for bumping your interest rate up to gain a spread over what you could get by going direct to a real bank . Some of the lenders are Huntington Bank , and many others . Don’t pay origination fees to an aviation finance broker when a real bank could do the transaction so much cheaper without non refundable deposits and closing costs . The VP will tell you whatever it takes to keep you in Boat while they try to get a real bank to fund the deal .

The report about aircraft lending and the company listed is an error and the actual company is not First National Capital but First National Aviation Lending a Broker if aviation finance arrangements
