Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was contacted by First National Credit to obtain a new credit card. Initation fee was $187 which they took out of my bank account electronically. I never received a credit card, or a word from them at all. Now I have no way to get in touch with them either. They no longer have a phone number, an email address or working web site. I want my $187 back.

The Real Deal! ..LISTEN, all you've done is buy into a catalog service NOTHING MORE Make sure you understand what you've read before picking up the telephone and calling CCA or CCS, (They are sister companies) FIND THE CLUES FIRST OF ALL: 1. IT IS NOT A CREDIT CARD! (There's no VISA, MasterCard or DISCOVER logo on your card.) 2.Keywords, UNSECURED CREDIT (Your credit is very MUCH unsecured!) 3.Keywords, MERCHANT CARD (Do you know what merchant means? AKA: merchandiser, retailer, dealer, or shop) 4. Keywords, Fast CASH (YOU really believe this?) Now, if you enjoy collecting junk catalogs and looking through them to see what you can afford, "Be our GUEST!" HOWEVER, YOU HAVE NO IDEA what the catalog even looks like! There's NO WEBSITE for you to view the items you want to know about. You MIGHT NOT even get what you ordered, if you order! THERE IS A FEE! NOTHING IS FREE PEOPLE!!! 1. It will cost you $199.99 just to get the catalog. 2. Two weeks later, we will take 2 payments of $99.99 just because WE LIKE YOU! Really! No other reason! a.) What do you need Credit Protection for? It's not a CREDIT CARD!!! b.) What do you need Security Guard for? If you get that, you paid $99.99 because you think someone will steal and kill you for this card! Read the fine print!!! 3. We will tack on that RUSH PROCESSING fee of $19.99 because we know how badly you will want to get your catalog. 4. After you've been a member for one year, YOU WILL BE REWARDED! We will deduct $99.99 in Annual fee cost from your checking account. We always look forward to the New Year! IT WILL NOT BE HARD GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK IF YOU FOLLOW THESE SIMPLE PROCEEDURES: YOU WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO GET OUT OF THIS UNLESS YOU WRITE A LETTER TO NEVADA STATE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE ONLY IF YOU RESPOND WITHIN THE YEAR YOU BECAME A MEMBER. (A NOTE FROM AN INSIDE SOURCE)

You are correct on many counts. They no longer have a working website, disconnected phone numbers, and possibly useless email. The most difficult time locating them was in the fact that this corporation runs in and out of alias names, sell outs, and merges to no end. This is a nightmare. I am unclear on when you last tried to access their website, but according to web.archive.org, they have not had a working active website, since June 3, 2002. It is possible that in your intial dealings, you networked through some other third party, with an active website. This is possible, if you accessed the site, within this year. This information also comes through The Wayback Machine. This means an active website, based on the information in your Report. What I managed to find through one long obsessive web search is that their website is going through upgrading, maintance, and possibly utilizing new technologies. This comes from www.dataforceg.org. They are the indirect hired consultants providing this service. This is what they have to say on their "System 1" projects page: "System 1 project was developed for First Beneficial Credit Services which is an online processing system." Then a promotional material follows with this conclusion: "DataForce is also responsible for hosting, maintaining, and updating System 1 project. Currently DataForce has been given order to SYSTEM 2 project for First National Credit Services, OWNED BY FBCS (FIRST BENEFICIAL CREDIT SERVICES). Source: http://216.239.37.104/search?q=cache:PJBrjoI7-IJ:www.dataforce.com/project...date: 9-1-2003,page 1 of 3. This is not an accesible link. This is a reference. It looks like another corporation took them over, they are going through some kind of merge/transition. This is not to make DataForce look bad. They are providing a professional service as consultants, and are not a ruling entity. They may not even be aware of the trail of alleged corruption. The contact information available has to be confirmed by you or others whom have applied for cards through this corporation. For refund related information, the more recent contact, through Network Solutions MIGHT BE: Domain name: 1st-national-credit.com Regstration date: 2001-04-19 Expiry date: 2004-04-19 Organization name: Robert Bassolino Organization address: 5999 North Federal Highway Organization address: Boca Raton, Florida, 33487 Administrative contact: Robert Bossolino Admin Phone: 1-888-908-3328 Their network is: Yahoo Domains Techcontact 701 First Avenue Sunnyvale, CA, 94089 Phone: 1-619-881-3096 Some of this information might be of use to law enforcement. The reason for his being the suspect link is because this address and corporate name parallel an online BBB Unsatisfactory Report. If you would like to reveiw that BBB Report access: http://www.bbbsouthflorida.org/. They have their own search engine, just enter the corporate name: 1t National Credit Services Corp. The phone number is the exact same one, posted in Network Solutions. Here's another email: [email protected] I also want to give you this contact information, because if First Beneficial Credit Services purchased First National, they might have some information. Their Principal/President is Mr. Viktor Golub, his phone: 1-866-845-8888. Type-of-business-classification: Credit Services-Other. First Beneficial has been hit with a lawsuit a year ago-August 14, 2002. For more information on that lawsuit access: www.ftc.gov or call: 1-877-382-4357. This is the Federal Trade Commision Helpline. Their may be other pending Class Action Lawsuits connected to all business entities linked to First National Credit Service. There is so much of this contact information which might be disconnected or out of date, but we have to start somewhere. The common pattern is that they keep setting up shop, and then shutting down, leaving a trail of disconnected numbers. Sorry I had to dump all of this information, but I am trying to clarify the links, between the aliases, and the corporate history. The research on this one is not over, and is not entirely all inclusive or exhaustive. I have not tried any of this contact information. Believe it or not, I actually have MORE, but this would turn into a novel. The Network Solutions information might be helpful, and please call that helpline, because this rip off is in transit even as we speak. Hope this helps.
