First National Credit Scam still continued, thankfully I was researching the company!
Well,I was quite suprised that I recieved a credit card approval for 15000.00 when I am in the process of Bankruptcy! I thought it was suspitious that there was not post mark, no phone numbers, web addresses nothing.
So when I went to Google and saw this I was shocked. I will be forwarding this onto my Attorney her in New York so that he can follow up on the legalities of this. I would highly reccomend that anyone who has lost money to this scam, investigate, make sure you have documentation of funds paid, and then sue them for your money back plus resitution for infliciting malicous and intended emotial distress under you state laws. This is a prosecutable case for those who have worked hard to improve their credit worthiness and were used in a scam to obtain money with out the promised contract liablity. Which is what this is.
You sign a contract that GUARRENTEES, it is a binding contract once you have sent in your processing fees and they cash the funds.
DONT let this go. I am thankful that all of you have posted this as there are many others I am sure that will fall into this problem. I would even reccomend that persons who have suffered this problem, contact 20/20 and ask them to follow up! Justice will be done if we consumers, good bad or poor credit stand up and say. STOP TAKING ADVANTAGE!!@!!
