Some EX-employee apologist(with too much time on his hands, evidently)for this shyster outfit from some backwater town in the backwater state pompously presumes to preach directly to me about how best to treat my complaint against said shyster outfit, so please permit me to respond in kind:

First, "community property" doesn't necessarily translate into community DEBTS--otherwise even the IRS wouldn't supply spouses with "injured spouse" forms to legally abstain from responsibility for another spouse's federal-related debt. Besides, the shyster First Premier Bank filed the false credit report against my wife--not the state of California--so the "blame" is quite properly laid against the shyster bank. So tell "that one" to the ignorant, Mister Apologist.

Next, if the bank were a forthright and straightforward outfit it wouldn't hide its exorbitant $198 in various administrative "fees" underneath concealed "disclosure" terms like maggots beneath rotten boards. Instead, it would indeed post those fees open and aboveboard along with its credit come-on. Or is the concept of HONESTY AND TRUTH-IN-LENDING completely beyond your apologist comprehension?

Next, my application for a credit card doesn't constitute any "contract." Nor can the shyster bank produce any written document containing my signature to any "contract" agreeing to its deceptive "TERMS" and hidden fee-structure. So forget the invalid arguments and comparisons, Mister Apologist. A credit card isn't a "loan." Nor did I contract with the shyster bank for any "loan."

Contracts are two-sided, not one-sided. And springing a slew of concealed administrative fees on a consumer simply for applying for a credit card isn't a contract, isn't a "loan," and isn't a "note"--it's out-and-out FRAUD. And as such, it's been duly brought to the attention of both the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and the South Dakota Attorney General for review--just as the credit reporting agency complicit in filing the false credit report against my wife has been brought to the attention of the Federal Trade Commission. In the meantime, we've recounted the entire shyster situation to the latest credit-granting entity being applied to and we're quite confident that the false credit report will promptly(and properly)be deleted and that the credit requested will eventually be granted.

So don't presume to preach to me about our "RESPONSIBILITY," Mister Apologist, since indeed, all it took was a simple certified letter indeed to "wipe away" this particular IMPOTENT attempt at ripoff shysterism. You see, Mister Apologist, refusing to be fleeced and swindled by shysters isn't a responsibility--it's each and every consumer's RIGHT. And "that's where reading(really)comes in handy."(I can be smart-alecky, too, Mister Apologist).

As for what I'm "liable for," it certinly ain't paying any shyster outfit $198 in exorbitant deceptive administrative fees under some FANTASY "contract" I never signed. You see, Mister Apologist, I pay out money ONLY for either PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES rendered. And in this particular instance, this shyster outfit provided neither, yet expected to extort payment for neither. Well, all I can say to that, Mister Apologist, is that giving NOTHING GETS YOU NOTHING IN RETURN. Get my drift, Mister Apologist?

THINK AGAIN, Mister Apologist, you're just wishfully thinking. Refusing to pay gets us EVERYTHING--particularly VICTORY OVER INSTITUTIONALIZED SHYSTERISM. We simply DON'T NEED that sort of shyster "credit" from any predatory, "SUB"-level "lender," and we won't SUB-mit to it--EVER. "That's where reading(really) comes in handy."

So don't even THINK ABOUT presuming to preach to us how we'll be "hurt" by these shyster antics. LAUGHING UP OUR SLEEVES at these shysters, quite contrary to any "hurt," affords us nothing but the greatest GLEE AND PLEASURE. We're only posting this here to demonstrate to our fellow consumers how they can best THUMB THEIR NOSES UP AT SHYSTERISM TOO!

In fact, I'd delightedly invite ANY flunkie from shysterland to meet ANYTIME and just TRY to collect from me those shyster fees--then we'd really see who'd suffer the most "hurt." But we all know that'd never, ever happen since only the most COWARDLY AND CRAVEN of SHYSTERS hide like MAGGOTS beneath the rotten boards of deceptive "disclosure terms."

Learning how to(one more time)READ AND COMPREHEND, then, "is probably what YOU need."
