Firstenberg Machinery Company Andy Firstenberg ** Beware ** Fraudulent Company Richmond California
Be aware, Fraudulent Company! We paid Firstenberg $22K as down-payment for a piece of equipment in January 2013 with a promised delivery date of Feb/March 2013. Machine was never delivered and now eight months later the owner Andy Firstenberg continues to give us the run around with our demand for the deposit. It appears that the employees are in collusion on the fraud because they cover and lie for the owner. We are proceeding with legal action. Discovered that Firstenberg Machinery has 4 liens (IRS and other government agencies), and 9 law suits! Lesson learned: Check your vendors' credit just like you check your customers.
