Fish Window Cleaning Tracy Allen Scam, cheated, lied, mistreated, unfair, damaged, cursed, threatened Spring Texas Texaas
Fish Window Cleaning Complete Rip Off and Extremely Unethical Company! We hired Fish window cleaning a few weeks ago when we settled in our new home in Augusta Pines in the Woodlands. We called the owner of the company (Fish Window Cleaning) and got a quote for a whole home cleaning. The gentleman that showed up to clean our windows missed the entire top half of all of our upper Windows and literally just sprayed them with water and wiped off what he could reach. These windows were left to dry and hardly look any better than if they were rained on. On our lower level, across the entire back of our home, the employee used a brush, which apparently is only suppose to be used only on French windows with small panels, and decided to scrub the dirt off instead of your normal mop and squeegee. After setting the brush down in our landscaping rocks and gravel several times, by the time he got to our large kitchen area, the debris that was trapped in the brush left deep scratches up and down all across about a 20 foot section of our seamless glass that overlooks the golf course from our breakfast area. Before we got home and saw this damage the employee was already gone. Upon finding this damage to our brand new home, we phoned the owner Mr Tracy Allen and explained our issue and the damage done. Mr Allen arrived at our home and after looking for himself agreed with us and assured us that the Windows needed to be and would be replaced. Mr Allen requested 2 different window companies come and assess the cost of replacement from the damage. Apparently now that those bids came in and came in around $5,000 - $10,000 worth of damage, Mr Allen now says that his company couldn't have caused the damage and refused to replace the now ruined Windows in our home and has even refused to re-clean. He personally sent us a letter saying that not only would he not replace the damage, he also requested that we pay for the work preformed or he would place a lien on our home and turn us into collections. He offered us a $50 discount for our troubles!!!! Now we have to not only pay to replace our damaged Windows to the tune of $5-$10,000 but we also have to pay for a terrible cleaning job and pay another company to hopefully at least get our Windows clean. Please save your money and hire someone else if you are in the woodlands or Houston area. Here is the real kicker......Mr Allen claims to be a devote Christian and pastor at a local church. Lol. Give me a break Tracy Allen and Fish Window Cleaning!!!!!
