Complaint Review: Fitness International LLC (LA Fitness) - Irvine California

A Loyal, Outstanding Member Of LA Fitness Just Lost His Membership For Invalid Reasons!  I have been a dedicated member to First Bally's for over 10 years until they closed and LA Fitness took over.  When LA Fitness took over I continued with them and received a good yearly price and always paid on time and had No Problems!   In Addition:  I had a contact with some man at their headquarters who was from Peru who gave ME an Even Better Deal and had asked ME to further promote the LA Fitness locations on to Social Media since I Have Over 7,000,000 Views Per Month On My Reviews, Worldwide with the Google Maps, plus had asked ME to Make Youtube Videos showing the work from various instructors and writing written reviews as well!

  I thought everything was going well and it was because many instructors had Showed Interest In Making Videos And Interviews With ME and We Had!   I have also seen many Instructors Film Their Own Videos as well besides ME doing it.   Sadly, back on Tuesday, May 8th, 2018, I had received a Very Strange Phone Call coming from a Robert Diamond who is a District Operations Manager (714) 487-0326 asking ME to call him before going to visit another club. I called him back almost right away and was Very Shocked To Hear What He Had Told Me That I Was Contacting Instructors which was Not True!

 I had contacts of Instructors that Made Youtube Videos with ME that gave ME their contact information and the Communication Was Done Off LA Fitness TIme, Plus I Am Not Their Employee As Well!   Please Note:  There Was Nothing Written In The Rules That States Members Can Not Contact Or Communicate With Their Instructors Outside Of LA Fitness!  Seriously Speaking!   Robert Diamond, District Operations Manager also Falsely Stated that I Told People That I Was An Employee Of LA Fitness when I Have Only Stated That I Was A Freelance, Volunteer Writer/Promoter For Google Which Is True and Nothing Else!

  Robert Diamond, District Operations Manager also Falsely Stated That I Was Loud In Class!   In Addition:  Robert Diamond, District Operations Manager Falsely Stated That There Were Many Complaints Filed Against From Various Instructors And Staff Against ME in which I Never Received A Single Letter, Email or Phone Call About These Issues In Over 20 Years from either The Previous Bally's or LA Fitness up until Tuesday, May 8th, 2018.   Amazing!

  I Firmly and Strongly Believe that I was being Bullied by Robert Diamond, District Operations Manager and Possibly Other Instructors/Staff On The Side Who Must Have Got Together As A Team To Get Rid Of ME Because They Did Not Like The Fact Of Me Promoting Their Clubs For Free On To Social Media!   Please NOTE:  I Tried To Reason With Robert The District Operations Manager To Allow ME To Continue My Membership and Work This Out, but because he is a Bully, There Was Obviously No Forgiveness, Reconsideration and/or Recourse or Remorse. His Goal Was Clear To Just Get Rid Of Me! 

 I Wonder How Many People He Gets Rid Of Every Day That He Does Not Like?  Perhaps Somebody Should Get Rid Of Him!     Obviously!   Once Again, The Reason Of Why I Had A Special Membership Deal Was Partially As A Barter For My Volunteer, Promotional Work About Their Clubs On To The Major Social Media Websites Since I Have A Huge Presence With Over 7,000,000 Views Per Month On The Google Maps As Explained Previously!   Final Thoughts:  If LA Fitness Did Not Want Me Promoting Their Clubs On To Social Media, Then They Should Not Have Asked Me To Do So From The Very Beginning!   LA Fitness Really Sucks!   I will be taking this Case To Small Claims Court For Discrimination And Violating My Civil Rights!   Thank you.
