There is no MYBIZ product or company  to invest in and the same is true for FivePlus. Merely a "front" to promote and retain investor monies to support his lifestyle.File your complaint and investment losseswith supportive documents using template below:

Truly the ramblings of a Sociopath

#2Author of original report

The above manifesto truly illustrates the real nature of Mr. Justen.  He fully believes what he's written even though there is documentation that shows the real truth about what he's done.  The use of corporate funds to purchase his home in Middleburg, VA, the documented impeachment of him from the CEO position, the taking of investment monies to make mortgage payments, the taking of more monies to refund investments from attorney's in Florida that saw his fraud., the theft of the companies intellectual property, etc., etc., etc...

Some of the things that he states are true though...  the money was demanded, but it was the back salary that was due prior to leaving the company that was owed...  to at least 3 employees worked for 3 months without pay hoping to right the wrong and in the end failed.  Those 3 went to the second largest investment group and reported what happened and ultimately brought in the largest investment group, all in an effort to save the company.

The correct term for what Mr. Justen has done is Affinity Fraud (http://www.sec.gov/investor/pubs/affinity.htm).  I'm not the one that posted either of Mr. Justen's ripoff report(s), but I'm glad that they are here.  These types of things tend to get messy and are usually tit for tat, so don't take my word for it, or his...  contact the investment group that lost it's investment..  Integrity Financial (www.ifsweb.com), or contact the former CMO, Ronan Keane, who filed a lawsuit against Mr. Justen and won (Mr. Justen didn't even show up to court...), or...  you can contact the companies former CFO, Rick Boden, who has a copy of the companies books.

FWIW, the author who wrote the Bloomberg Business Week article, Karen E. Klein,  is a personal friend of Mr. Justen.  She did not even do the due diligence that I've listed above prior to writing the article, or even since...  She enables the takers like Mr. Justen to keep taking...

His latest offering, Five Plus Connex, is a Joomla extension that costs the company $150/year.  This is the type of practice he engages in because most of the investors he goes after don't have a clue as to the effort (or lack of in this case) that goes into creating a software product and are sold on it by a used car salesman mentality.

Oh, and if the CIA can't find me, it's a crying shame LOL

The real story about MyBizHomepage and Five Plus

#3REBUTTAL Individual responds

Tue, December 06, 2011

I'm Peter Justen, CEO of MyBizHomepage and Five Plus.  I wanted to take the time to set the record straight on the false and misleading information posted by an anonymous user on this site.

MyBiz was founded to help small businessess get a better understanding of their finances.  We've been profiled in over 800 magazines including Forbes, the WSJ, Entrepreneur, INC, MSNBC site of the week and more. A google search of MyBizHomepage will confirm this.  We have been endorsed and distributed by the leading small business influencers nationally, including the SBA.  We've been profiled by research firms, and called "one of six SaaS plays to watch worldwide" by a leading Irish research firm.  I was profiled by Washington Smart CEO magazine as one of the top CEO's in Washington DC, where we are based.

In Q3 08 and Q4 09 a former employee took it upon himself to destroy the Company by a series of cyber attacks intending to disable our technology unless we paid him a substantial amount of money.  We refused and he was ultimately successful, destroying three years of hard work.  He then demanded money from the Company or he would launch a series of slander attacks against myself and members of our Board of Directors and several of our investors.  We believed this to be blackmail and declined.  He then launched his series of attacks, this site being one of them, hacked into our email accounts, Facebook and LinkedIn accounts and more.  He spammed all of the contacts with vicious and vile slander and did his level best to ruin our reputations.  He launched websites claiming we were felons, which is simply not true.  He however has multiple convictions.

He continues his attacks.  We launched our free social media site, fiveplusconnex.com, and he launched a denial of service attack twice in the first five days, sending over 30,000 postings to the site with his slander.  He still contacts each of our new users on the site with anonymous slander about how bad we are.  This guy is such a creep that he has my father, who passed away 14 years ago, listed as a co-conspirator, along with my 84 year old mother.  Now that is low.

We had two choices at this point.  Cave in and close the Company, losing over $3.5 million or fight back and rebuild the site.  It took us three years to rebuild the technology for the web site, which launched in November 2011.

His claims of a "Pump and Dump" are false. A "Pump and Dump" is an illegal act that falsely raises the price of stock then sells it, then the stock crashes.  This can only be done with public companies and we are private. We have never resold stock.

He claims there was no product.  There was, a good one, until he destroyed it.

The two other people he lists on the site are the other two Board members, both well respected businessmen in their communities.  These are the other two people he launched the slander campaigns against.

The sale he references to Innovative Technologies, which would have provided us the financing the rebuild the Company, was cancelled because of his slander attacks.

We believe the man that posted this information is the former employee, a person twice convicted of crimes in both Kentucky and Sacramento.  We asked him to stop, and he dared us to call the authorities, which we did.  Because of the size of the crimes, the multiple states and muliple methods of attack it was elevated to the US Secret Service, the federal agency responsible for investigating such crimes.  They have investigated the case, and our Company, and are actively looking for this person.

Business Week recently ran an article on us so other businesses could be aware of the magnitude of this kind of problem.  It lays out quite a different story than the one he's written on here.  They did significant due diligence before they wrote the story...you can choose who to believe.  Here's a link to the article.  http://mobile.businessweek.com/small-business/how-business-owners-counter-online-slander-10252011.html?section=small-business

The New York Times is writing a case study on what happened to us that will be posted starting in December.  I'll add that link when it comes out.  If you have any questions for me, please contact me through the www.fiveplus.co site, as they will not allow me to post an email address here.
