Five Point Capital Lease overcharges, sold a buyout leases, but to them they are rentals. San Diego California Nationwide
Five Point Capital sells you a fixed term buyout lease, then when you have paid all the payments, they tell because you did not give them six month notice that their lease was going to end, you have to pay another year of payments.
When you refused, they will get a judgement in a California court, which they will enforce in Texas and seize you assets. On a lease that totaled $43000 for a $35456 piece of equipment, we paid all payments, now they have seized our home for another $20000.
Their method of fraud is to send you a one page lease to sign, there is a second page which you do not see that details their endless payment scheme, which off course they can scan your signature onto.
