FIVER FOR FRAUDS AND SCAMMER BEWARE OF FIVER Apprentice_Need BUYER BEWARE OF FIVER! ONLY FOR SCAMMERS, FRAUD AND THEFT BEWARE OF FIVER , Internet
This report to alert everyone thinking of using Fiverr for any purchases. This company has an extremely lengthy history of scamming people out of ridiculous amounts of money ranging from $5 to even higher. I am only sad that I did not do my due diligence in GOOGLING this company beforehand..before actually venturing out to use them. Let this be a WARNING to any consumer thinking of using this company for Any service whatsoever!
On Fiverr, they have many people from all parts of the world that you can buy services from. I found a seller with the name Apprentice_Need that rated one of there 2nd level sellers who sells a variety of "mostly fake" services! Well I was reluctant to buy from him the very first time after noticing that most of the people on Fiverr either false advertise or don't deliver or are simply scammers! (Which actually makes up the Majority on Fiverr). So with alot of hesitancy and warning I ordered a gig from him...which surprisingly did get delivered fine! So, like many other people who are satisfied the first time....I decided to order from him a second time. He was advertising that he could deliver the service with PErmanent 100 percent High quality. Which again, I thought might be too good to be true...so this time around. Under the assumption that he was an honest person. I decided to ask him straight, before purchase...whether what he was advertising was Legit?! Of course he answered yes. My hesitation got the best of me so I didn't order from him. Well, he persisted to send me request, to order from him since I didn't do so at the time. FIRST RED FLAG moment that should of occurred. No LEGITIMATE sales persons(S) HOUNDS a customer to buy from them. With annoying persistance.
Even if you are contemplating buying anything from a buyer and decide not to for whatever reason....It's a mere inquiry. No legitimate sales person would turn your inquire into Hasseling. Which is what he started to do. So, with final hesitation but with his 100% promise that the service I was buying was legit...I ordered the gig. I have to tell you that IMMEDIATELY after his gig posted...It IMMEDIATELY started to drop! 100%. Not understanding what was happening because this vendor Apprentice_need promised a 100% PERMANENT legitimate deal! So, to no one's surprise, I came to find out that it was A SCAM! A LIE!
I proceeded to email him after email him. Asking what was happening...and praying that hopefully what he told me was the truth. He simply ceased from answering. I sent him 5 emails...get more outraged realizing I've been SCAMMED by a FIVERR CRIMINAL THIEF! I became more and more outraged. Especially to the fact that not only did this buyer PROMISE even beforehand that he was legit, and to simply find out that he was not! Not only did he STEAL my MONEY as well....But also simply ceased from contacting me. So...after giving him a Piece of my mind...as anyone would after having your money STOLEN......I posted a comment in the feedback section WARNING everyone and anyone against this Buyer! Apprentice_Need. Because he was a bonafied THIEF, CRIMINAL SCAMMER...Part of the Majority of sellers that makes up Fiverr to be completely frank! And to My suprise...when he FINALLY decides to send me a message stating...that the "ONLY WAY" I would get my money back from him is if I removed my comment..Warning people against him!
Like any honest Customer I told him Hell NO! So that he could continue to SCAM people out of there hard earn money? So in a cense he was holding my refund Hostage only if I agreed to "help him" continue to SCAM people! I was Outraged by even the ghaul of this SCammer!! Bottom line was...he Falsely advertised, STOLE my money and was simply REFUSING to give it back! But it gets better........
I, like any customer thinking that FIVERR is "actually in the business" of having a legit site! Emailed customer service about the whole ordeal. Which my email exchange verified everything that I was stating. And where I thought I was dealing with a legitimate business is where I got the shock of my life! They emailed me back....JAY I believe to state that they were flat out "Refusing to get involved due to my unprofessionalism". What that meant was....because of my Telling off this Crook Apprentice_Need in a not-so-nice way.....Um...AFTER HE STOLE MY MONEY......that was deamed enough for them NOT to get involved. Oh, let me also state....not to mention.....The WARNING comment that I posted on his account...also, was Deleted by fiverr as well! MY astoundishment to see this happening with my very eyes.
They seemed more caught up and concerned with the Tell-THE-SAM ARTIST- A**-HOLE-OFF messaget that I sent to that THIEF because he stole my money rather then actually GETTING that scammers OFf the site, and customers their money back. Then, I get another warning from them saying that my account was going to be limited as to what I could do and so and so fourth...So at that point it all seemed clear. I emailed Fivver stating, in the most "PROFESSIONAL" way that I can, hint I am being Sarcastic" telling them that I know knew what they were about...and heck if FIVERR themselves, their Employees were not the ones behind it all! They were in the business of Posting bogus gigs, SCAMMING people out of there money, and the HIDING the EVIDENCE so that no one finds out. So, FIVERR was the enablers!
All you have to do is GOOGLE their name with SCAM to see the COuntless among COUNTLESS people that they've SCAMMED. Some for THOUSANDS of dollars! I mean, it is sickening to see the way that they have Cheated, SCAMMED people out of their Own money! Thank good ness mine was only at the $5. However....Your money is your money REGARDLESS of the dollar amount! NO COMPANY has the right to bold face STEAL YOUR money...or ENABLE crooks and THIEFS to STEAL A CONSUMERS MONEY!! That is criminal behaviour! And the Fact that they DELETED my comments Warning people AGainst this person only solidifies that FIVER was/is the accomplice!
So I am posting this Report TO tell Consumers To CEASE FROM USING FIVERR! Most of the people with gigs are usually from foreign countries, whose ONLY PURPOSE is to DEFRAUD, STEAL AND SCAM PEOPLE out of your MONEY!! DO NOT USE FIVVERR! BEWARE OF FIVVERRRR! IT IS ONLY A PLACE FOR CROOKS, THIEFS, AND CRIMINALS! They allow it, they let it happen, they HIDE the evidence! And the buyers who are the oness stealing...CONTINUE to sale Happily on that site...while YOU the VICTIM CONSUMER get all warnings, and precautionary limitations. So, in their minds...they AIDE the criminal Scammers and make the "VICTIMS" the thief! THIS IS FIVERR!!!
Don't turn a blind eye to all the Scamming reports put out about this company. Its' there for a Reason! This is not some disgruntled consumer! These are people like you and me....that paid money for services just to have there money Stolen buy those TROLLS that see no moral nor "Professional" code in doing that! IT MUST BE STOPPED!!!! And this is the same "Fiverr" scolding ME aBOUT being Professional! When they aid criminal the SCAMMERS behavior then worry about the consumer/customer keeping their "PROfessionalism" or professional composer thereafter?!
I want to again WARN people again! Learn from this and the Countless reports about this company!
Oh and get this...once I finally got "their version" of MY MONEy back...? I was only Use it on "FIVERR" to order yet another...."FIVERR" gig! So, perish the thought that I would want to run to hills aWAY from this company, NEVER use them again....and simply WANT MY MONEY put BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT!!!
Only solidifies the way FIverr only exist to STEAL YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GIVE IT BACK!!!!!
