i make a logo designs and stational designs total 89.25USD from a seller on fiverr.com , due to some reason i can't use the logo and biz card are not complet base the seller agree and have completed refunded ,but this platform team www.fiverr.com keep my payment,the website do not any button withraw refund's account balance back to my paypal account .
After i make a disputes from paypal and than fiverr.com team freeze my fiverr account before is $85usd balance (except order proceed charge )became to -$4.25USD . the transaction failed and the proceed fee and service charge total should refund to original my account, right ?
We are buy service from fiverr.com 's seller are not fiverr.com platfrom and the seller refund the full money back to buyer why does the fiverr' team keep the payment ? the payment should return back buyer are not belong the fiverr platform . the fiverr can't keep buyer 's payment and neither let buyer must buy some service from fiverr.com .right ?
