Inividual named Miller rang my doorbell on Jan 14th offering dent removal services for my Toyota Tundra rear bumper. I agreed to pay him $250 dollars to remove dents in my rear bumper and the body of the truck near the bumper. Upon completion he informed that he had broken a trim piece on my bumper and had applied a green car paint polish which covered the area of the dent removal (he advised it helps the paint cool after being heated) so I could not see it the dent had been fully removed or not. He advised not to remove the polish until the next morning. He said to contact him if he needed to return for a touch up that it would be not problem. I paid him $260 and asked for a receipt and he said to text him my phone number and email him and he would provide a receipt. I texted him while he was still standing in my driveway
Soo fast forward to the next morning, I removed the polish and the dents were improved but not gone. I contacted him via phone and email over the next three days with no return phone call. I have a ring doorbell with cloud storage so I am now analyzing footage for his photo.
