Flash Incentives Ltd WOWBUYS Best Bundles Ltd Work for Flash and work for nothing! No incentive to work for this incentive firm of crooks! Internet, Internet
A complete bunch of crooks!!!
Having worked for Flash Incentives (Brook House, Cowley Mill Road, Uxbridge) without payment for months, they then get rid of us!! Promise after promise of payment never materialised and now we have to take them to Employment Tribunal for what is owed.
The Tribunal found all claims against them upheld but Chief Executive David Phillips refuses to pay staff still even though they continue to trade, citing financial difficulties.
Flash Incentives supply discounts to NHS staff, amongst others, and also own WOWBUYS.com and Best Bundles Ltd. It seems that ignoring the law and shafting their staff doesn't stop organisations dealing with them or David Phillips along with his director colleagues, Phillip Spurden and Anthony ODriscoll, staying in business?
I left with them owing me money and then when I got another job David Phillips tried to stitch me up with my new employer! Can't think of a worst man to work for! He really is a horrible bloke! He shouldn't be allowed to run a business.
I called him, texted him and e-mailed him loads of times and every time he'd say oh yes its all sorted now, you'll get your money by the end of the week, next week, call me in a week or two - all lies! He told someone else he was going into liquidation, that was a load of lies too just to get out of paying what he owes - nothing more than a con-man in my book! Britain's worse boss!!!!
