Attached is a screenshot of a reddit account used by James Donahue, the owner of Flawless Level websites, admitting to falsely advertising prices. Effectivlely, James Donahue predatorily markets his services to ecommerce newcomers who don't know what an astronomical ripoff he is. I found Mr. Donahue Via a sub reddit where entrepreneurs could find web designers. He initially advertised low prices. Continually, throughout service, he made claims such as "This is the last service I will charge you for until you meet (insert benchmark in sales here)," only to go back on his word several times.
Admittedly, these should have been red flags for me to stop service with him. He vastly overcharged for basic tasks in web design, such as charging $1700 to organize links and navigation on a shopify store. He also demanded that I buy a $650 shopify course from him in order to keep his services in my employ. He never provided such course, and when I requested that I be refunded for the service he didn't provide, he refused.
Attached is another screenshot of James claiming that a dissatisfied customer on google maps is a "spammer with a fake google account."

Now ladies and gentlemen listen to what this man has done. My account and my clients I must have done over 2,000 clients last year with not one complaint. Must have done over 600 Shopify websites and all and also advertised at the same exact way. So as we all can tell Martin is not very educated. The reason for this is because I am willing to help someone for free and I am also willing to help someone for $50 but Martin had no idea what he was doing with his website he had no clue he wanted me to handle the entire thing it took me weeks to do and he wanted me to put custom t-shirts custom pass custom clothing all over the website until he was happy enough.
He kept explaining to me that he has financial problems and financial issues which I understood and I said okay take your time you may wait but but I feel that this is a person that is unlike my other 3,000 clients who are truly happy. So what this person did illegally was this person went to his bank and he did an illegal unauthorized transaction which is illegal in the United States so he broke the law. I worked on his website for about 2 weeks took very long he told me he was happy I told him that if he's not happy that I will change it for him for free for life to whatever you want.
I will change it for free for him for the rest of his life for free. That's why I have no other complaints besides besides this one person this one person even ruined my PayPal account it's one person put my PayPal account instead of collections due to the fact that I did not have the photos of the conversations but now that I do I'm going to upload those and fix the case this person is not a professional at all. We treat all of our customers the satisfaction. You have no idea how many times I worked for free and and you and you have no idea how many times some of my biggest clients the millionaire clients started with just $50 it's fine.
