Fletcher Williams is a (((REDACTED))).  Being so old and repulsive, there is no woman who will want to have sex with him at free will.  Therefore, Fletcher has to resort to (((REDACTED))) to get his way.  Like many corrupt TER staff, he spreads (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) if they don’t comply.  Some examples are s(((REDACTED))), (((REDACTED)))for his TER gang, and targeting (((REDACTED))) and (((REDACTED))) to become (((REDACTED))).

He works as a traveling salesman and has an expense account because he travels with his job, so his company is footing the bill on most of his hotels as a work expense and getting reimbursed for it.  He usually invites a (((REDACTED))) who is new to the business to one of his meet and greets and he expects them to spend the night with him for (((REDACTED))) in exchange, sometimes (((REDACTED))).
