Hello,

I have booked a car with them twice. In Dec 2008 we haven't received the voucher in time and the car was not available on the day we booked it for. We had to spend one more day in Trinidad and change our program.

The second time in Dec 2009 was even worst: they cancelled the booking one day before our departure because the weather has caused delays and problems.

They promised to refund 100% of the amount (more than 700 EUR) because they cancelled the service. Together with the inconvenience of finding different transport solutions, I have never received the refund after 6 months of emails and telephone calls!! AVOID THEM!
