If you are an OEM, Repair Station, Broker, or simply anyone doing business with this company be very careful with their business culture and practices.
The business plan at Flight Equipment, Inc. is very simple and It includes subordinating anyobe that can advance their cause. These concessions are gifts, cash, strippers, poaching employees, and whatever else it takes to have an edge on the market. This also includes our OEM friends and they know who they are.
Associates beware! Once you can't provide concessions to Flight Equipment, Inc. you will be dropped like a hot potato and you will be left holding the bag when your employer questions your actions.
As a former "Inside Associate" It is my duty to warn the current roster of "Associates" that are currently on Flight Equipment's payroll and even the new recruits that your days are numbered and the responsibility will be on your shoulders when it hits the fan.
