I bought my son a pair of $40.00 flip flops, in one month the toes were wearing out, these were supposed to be quality flip flops, not cheap junk. Took them back to the flip flop shop, they were one month old, the salesgirl listened to my complaint and then giggled, yes, giggled, she then with a huge smile told me she could not take them back if they were worn, I told her that that was the reason I was taking them back, they didn't last a month. She told me to come back in one hour when the manager would be there. I returned and she gave me a hand written paper, by her, THREE PAGES, that she copied from her store book. It was the policy on returns. I told her that this was not acceptable, the manager never showed, she giggled again. I came back on Tuesday and saw the manager who never let me say a word. He told me that he was not taking back the shoes and to not come in the store again. I was stunned at how poorly they treated customers. I told him I would contact corporate, he laughed and said "go ahead, it won't get you anywhere." I wrote corporate, NO RESPONSE. Stay away from this company, they don't stand by their merchandise. I read up on the company and the CEO Darin Kraetsch, all he talked about was profit per unit, not one word about customer service, satisfaction and repeat business. BAD NEWS, bad CEO, bad policies, . !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
