THE STATE OF FLORIDA... TOM Gallagher, Chief Financial Officer IS RUNNING A 3 RING CIRCUS-
my name is Adam W i needed insistance and i called the florida financial services for assistance regarding problems with my insurance company and all i have recieved were bigger problems with the Florida Financial Services, first they have never once assisted me, they give you a hard time, and blantally lie to you, they intentionally loose your paperwork make you fill out forms and they tell you that it was inproperly filled out then they loose the paperwork on purpose then claim they sent it back, see when ever i sent something to them i made them sign for it so i have verification of proof, they send something to you and with no reciept for verification it was ever sent so this means they can burn anything or simple throw it away, and claim they sent it out, they are scum bag's and repulsive liars, i am trying to take my insurance company to small claims court and i have to fill out a form in order to sue the insurance company i filled it out and after 3 weeks i recieved back saying i forgot to check mark a box and they sent it back, i told them they could have called me and told me this instead of sending it back to me, thats 2 hard for them to understand however, they claimed they sent it back for the 2nd time and this time i never recieved it, i call them they hanged up on my over and over and over, Where is TOM Gallagher, Chief Financial Officer>????????? WHAT THE HELL IS HIS STAFF DOING?
THEN I SENT A CHECK FOR 100 DOLLARS TO DO VOLUNTARY MEDIATION and even though the insurance company doesnt want to go thruogh voluntary mediation they are refusing to give me my money back they want me to explain why i feel i should recieve my money back@! what scum bags, have these staff like Della Ford and Ms. Walker i really feel they are not capable of passing Jeb Bush's
F-CAT test for 1st grader's they seem have a care free anything goes is it Lunch yet Attitude!!
i sent them this letter certified in which they recieved with no response, maybe if i take them to small claims court they would wake up!!!!!!!!

I received a disturbing letter from you on September 15, 2006
It is requesting that I indicate why the Mediation is no longer needed under section
627.745
The reason why Mediation is no longer needed is because when I filed Mediation on July 17th 2006 I did not hear anything back from you or AIG with in a reasonable time you did not make any attempt to contact me, call me I have left a message on your machine requesting feedback in Early August with a contact number. I have spoken to you in mid July regarding mediation.
It is here noted that you neglected to follow procedure and failed to contact me, as it has been explained to me that AIG had 30 days to respond to the mediation since it is voluntarily and I did not here anything from you or AIG then I filed suit
However before I filed suit against AIG you received feedback from AIG that they are not willing to do mediation then you never contacted me or sent me a letter indicating this. I was told this by AIG that they refused mediation before I filed suit and this is why I filed suit because they refused to do mediation with me. However you lied and said its because I filed suit they are not willing to do mediation which is 100 percent incorrect. You're clearly at fault for not sending me a letter indicating that AIG was not willing to agree to do mediation since its voluntary and you knew this! But you just didn't want to send me a letter or call me to let me know the status. Because you're clearly not doing your job and your using the scape goat that I filed suit to justify your error!
1) What right does the Florida Department of Financial Services have to cash my check when then knew that AIG did not want to volunteer for mediation?
How dare you cash a check because it is voluntarily mediation you should have received feedback from AIG if they were agreed to the mediation or not before cashing the check.
Who made the decision to cash the check before mediation was approved by both parties?
2) Why did you fail to contact me within a reasonable time regarding this?
3) Adella Ford why did you only contact me after I made a complaint against you?
4) Honestly you have wasted my time and cashed my check and now I have to request to get my money back? What kind of system is this? News Flash::: This is not Communist Cuba your not a private firm you cannot decide when you can or cannot follow procedure!
You are at fault for not following procedure how dare you ask me to request my money back when you cashed a check that should have not been cashed. Don't give me the rhetoric B.S. that its procedure because then give me something in writing that it's procedure then I will take legal action against the Florida Department of Financial Services as I did AIG insurance.
Honestly do you think this is going to fly? I don't know what kind of circus Tom Gallagher is running but we should let the media know how the Florida Department of Financial Services does not help the insured from Auto Insurance Companies by doing nothing, by doing absolutely nothing your helping the Monster Auto Insurance Companies! If you cared about the insured then you should change the law and make it not voluntarily mediation but mandatory mediation when it comes to billion dollar Auto Insurance Companies opposed to the Little Ant policy holder!
The Florida Department of Financial Services is a disgraceful and misleading. Any one who has to go through the Insurance Department from the Financial Services is just wasting there valuable time your not better than outsourcing from 3rd world countries
Thanks for wasting my time, effort and hope in trying to resolve my problem with the auto insurance company! And not even having the decency to send me a letter just to inform me if AIG was going to volunteer for mediation or not, instead you did nothing I complained and you reversed it and put the blame on me!

sent that letter 2 weeks ago no response, the Florida of Financial services are STOLE MY 100 DOLLARS!! IF YOU NEED HELP IN FLORIDA YOUR BETTER OFF GETTING SCREWED WITHOUT THE HELP OF THE FLORIDA FINANCIAL OFFICER. HIS STAFF "DONT GIVE A FLYING _UCK!!! and i have more evidence to prove it, The florida Financial services is funded by the state but with our taxes!!
