I authorized each of these companies to send me free trials of their services. They told me I could cancel at any time during the trial and not be charged.

I cancelled each of them before the stated date. Florida Passports charged me $149, and Agents Travel Network charged me $40.

In addition, I did not even receive the Agents Travel package until the day they were going to charge me.

I have called my bank, and the groups listed above. I think I will be getting my refunds, but this kind of practice can't go unreported.

Advise your bank that these were unauthorized withdrawals, and file a police report if necessary. Having gone through the same thing with a friend, you WON'T get a refund from the companies (they will try and stall you off for weeks.... my friend waited 2 months for a refund, which never came!). Watch your bank account in the next two weeks for another withdrawal for $49.95 (this is the third withdrawal that they didn't tell you about, for your phone service to be changed over to teliflex). Go to the search page for ripoffreport, and put in Florida Passport, then print off the first page to include with your bank/police report. Make sure that you write down all of the people that you talk to in these companies, as well as the numbers that you reached them at. Our local police dept was given these report #'s, they were shown to her bank, and she had her money back in her account in approx 4 days. Florida Passport is totally unconcerned when you tell them that you're going to the bank and reporting an unauthorized withdrawal, and in fact told us about how they were a multimillion dollar company, and their 'attorneys' would provide the tape of the conversation in which you agreed to this deal (of course they never did), and further said that they had mailed out the information on the date of the phone call and it was the USPS fault that you didn't receive it until AFTER your cancelation period! Lot's of excuses and never any money. Good Luck, and I hope you have your money back shortly!!!
