I registered to try a 10 day trial for an online course. I was using it for a few days and decided I would prefer a classroom tutorial instead. I sent an email to the same person who was guiding me through the whole registration process and told him I would like to cancel this program.
He waited 3 weeks before he returned my email and said he tried calling, which he didn't and it was too late to cancel and I would have to pay for 40% of this classroom. I tried to explain several times I was not going to pay and he should have his manager call me. they didn't. I didn't pay and they sent me to collections.
