This is a company that accepts delivery orders for flowers/balloons, etc., and arranges the with florists local to the delivery area. They produce nothing but a promise of service in exchange for money.

While arranging for Mother's Day flowers to be delivered, the service I normally use, 1800flowers.com, stated that due to increased volume, they could no longer promise delivery on Mother's Day. flowers.com was able to accept the order, even offering the option of morning delivery on Mother's Day.

Well, on Mother's Day, mid-morning, I received an e-mail apologizing, as my order would not be able to be delivered that day. I was offered the option of choosing an alternate date for delivery, but I instead chose a full refund, which I would need to wait 7-10 days for.

A service company that fails to provide the only service they offer is useless. I hope my story helps you make a decision to never use their "services". Learn from my mistake and never use flowers.com.

Proflowers is not flowers.com nor florist.com. They are ProFlowers.com, MarthasFlowers.com, CherryMoonFarm.com, UptownPrime.com, and SecretSpoon.com. Yes, they handle Martha Stewart online floral orders. That's right, Marthasflowers.com. Although, they really don't want people to know. If you go to the Martha's site and see the prices and compare to the Proflowers prices, you'd understand why.
