I thought it would be nice to have 2 dozen Roses delivered to my mother for Mother's Day. I ordered the Roses 4 day ahead of time. I was told that the Roses would be dilivered on the day before. I was all happy, I received confirmation that the funds had been accepted from my credit card.

Saturday (the day before Mother's day) came and went, no word from my Mom. Sunday she sent an email telling my brothers wife Happy Mother's Day, nothing was said about the Roses.

Monday (the day after Mother's Day), I receive an email from the company indicating that my Credit card did not accept the charges so they did not deliver the Roses. Yet I was able to see that the funds had in fact been removed from my account.

I emailed the company requesting that my money be returned to me. I also let them know that I did not appreciate the fact that I was not notified about the supposed rejection of my credit card until after Mother's Day. They said they had never received money from me. My Bank statement idicates the funds being removed.

If they were overbooked they should have said something. Instead they made up some lame excuse about funds they supposedly did not receive. My bank has verified that the company did in fact receive the funds.

Not only did I lose money over this, the thing that hurt me the most was the fact that my Mom did not get the flowers that I wanted her to have. If you ever get anything from those scam artists "Floweria.Com", print the email out then delete it from your inbox, take the print out to the kitchen sink and burn it.
