Ordered some Sony watch batteries on Nov. 19th, 2010. After 10 days they had not arrived so I went back to their website www.focalprice.com and discovered that they ship from Hong Kong. Their website says that shipping to the US can take up to 14 business days (so I waited).

After 3 weeks I emailed them indicating that I hadn't received my order. Two days later I received a replyindicating that I had to submit an RMA request. First I had to set up an account and confirm my e-mail address, a process that took multiple tries and several days.

Now I was ready to submit an RMA as instructed. It wouldn't allow me to submit an RMA without the SKU number of the product even though I had the order number. I didn't have the SKU and the product is no longer offered so I can't get the SKU.

Also, they request that you indicate your reason for wanting a refund from a list of choices. They do not offer the choice that you didn't receive your order. Without specifying the reason for your refund request, you also cannot proceed. So it appears that if they don't ship your order, and especially if it's no longer offered for sale, you're just plain out of luck as they make it so you can not even contact them about it.
