For Earth, Inc Lower gas mileage scam Miami Florida
I began to purchase and use this product this summer on my 2000 Silverado P/U. At the time I began to purchase product, I signed up as a "preferred customer" and was sent monthly coupons for free gas. I have sent these coupons in for over 3 months and have called numerous times and have yet to get any coupons for "free gas".
Furthermore, despite using this product as directed and following all their tips, my gas mileage has not increased and, in fact, seems to have decreased. There were also problems with my credit card where they were continuing to ship products despite me not authorizing it.
Now they are trying to charge me a restocking fee for refused shipments. It is very difficult to get a hold of this company. I have left several messages with several of the distributors above me, but never got a call back. I had a hard time even coming up with a corporate address. It's almost like they don't want people getting a hold of anyone!
