Forbidden Audio Ltd.

Forbidden Audio Ltd. has been in business for 14 years and will be staying in business regardless of what a individual is saying on the net. If anything the continued responses by this individual wherever he may find a audience are doing nothing but to help prove a impending slander case against him. While he has been warned on another public forum to keep his comments to himself as posted by someone unknown to me (and will be proven in court), this is the first time that I have responded in any public forum. This individual has now been advised to keep his comments to himself and stop posting fabrications of events, personal information of the owner and staff and untruthful responses on any web based forum or public viewing area. The British Columbia Small Claims Court has issued three orders to pay against this individual, all were awarded to Forbidden Audio Ltd. that total over $60,000.00 + growing interest. The judgements of the Small Claims Court of British Columbia, as awarded have now been registered as a lien against this individuals property. The law does not say that because you think you are "special" you do not have to pay your bill. Forbidden Audio Ltd. also has nothing to do with Chrysler Canada re-possessing his vehicle (guess he forgot to mention that small fact). Perhaps if he had made his payments to Chrysler Canada on time, Chrysler Canada would also not be hot on his tail waiting for payment as well which once my claims are closed, they will be next to open. Forbidden Audio Ltd. does acknowledge that his vehicle was dinged in a act of god while parked outside. While the vehicle was left in our care, we parked it outside, properly and securely in a marked stall. Beside this marked stall was a dumpster. The wind that day came up very strong and the wind blew the lid open and onto the side of the vehicles door causing a minor dent but no scrape. Had the dumpster company not been negligent and weighted the lid and not placed their container too close to a marked and identified parking stall, this would never have happened. In good faith, Forbidden Audio Ltd. got a number of quotes on the repair and went with the middle bidder to have the damage repaired. The customer was issued a cheque for this amount in a expedient manner and chose not to repair the vehicle. This cheque will now be found, photocopied and with a copy of the estimate, be posted on the wall in the store for viewing. It will be right beside the copies of the three judgements from the Small Claims Court of British Columbia for anyone to see. As it pertains to the wheels, the customer came to us with 4 new wheels installed (with wheel locks) that had just been put on. What the customer is saying is that Forbidden Audio Ltd. took all his wheels off and put them all back on for absolutely no reason at all. The marks that were on his wheels were right where a tool would be used that installed all the lugnuts (including the ones that had the wheel locks to which Forbidden Audio Ltd. did not have the key). Forbidden Audio Ltd. did not remove his wheels and had absolutely no reason whatsoever to do so. Forbidden Audio Ltd. does not take any responsibility for someone else's careless act in this circumstance. Forbidden Audio Ltd. takes very seriously attacks on the owner, employees and good name that has been established over the years. Again, as there are two sides to any given story, the court has sided with Forbidden Audio Ltd.
