I am a single mother of two and I finally got enough money for a down payment on a brand new car. I opted for a brand new one because I figured it would be reliable. So I went to our local Ford Dealership and picked a 2000 ford focus.

I just loved this car but at 200 miles down the road it broke down and from then on I have had trouble with it. I have had it in the shop 30 times, It has had three transmissions,all new rotors,tie rods,all electrical,wheels and hubs,shifter, several ignitions,and much much more. It has broke down and had me stranded more than anyone can imagine.

I have had to spend a great deal of money on this car. Now that the warrenty has ran out they don't give a crap. I went to the board and asked them if there wasn't something we could do or work out on this situation, and they came back and said they felt that the car could be fixed, and closed the case and forgot about it.

Well you tell me if your brand new car had broke down more than 30 times in less than two years, would you trust it? I have my two children ages 1 and 2 to think about and I feel that ford Motor Company has no feeling or gives a s**t about my children and the safty of them. I don't feel that it is right. Every time another thing goes wrong on the car I call Ford Motor Company to tell them about it they just say We can't help you, were sorry and hang up the phone. If any of you have children or grandchildren out there would you feel real good and secure about having your children and grand children in a this Ford car?

Dear Summer I am the guy that most car dealers do not like. What I do is show car buyers how to go after the dirty car dealers and the car makers that do not care about the car buyers. Summer please understand that most car makers feel because they pay their engineers big fat pay checks that they are getting building the best cars. At Ford Motor Corp most of the C.E.O.'s have peanut butter in their ears. Here is what I would do if I were you. 1. I would email a letter to Henery Ford's Great Granson William Clay Ford at [email protected] and tell him what you think and feel about the sucky Ford Focus you bought. 2. I would also email Angela Coletti at Ford's global news department at [email protected] and tell here that ford is making the internet news very well. 3. Email John Delle Monache at Ford's broadcast news department and tell him that you think Ford's Focus sucks canal water. Email him a copy of your Rip Off Report. Also foward a copy to [email protected] aswel. 4. I would also send a copy of your Rip Off Report to Ron Lori in Global Operations, his email is [email protected] 5. Trust me once a car dealer or car maker makes the Rip Off Report word gets out REAL FAST. and best of all your word can't be deleted or censored.
